DIGITAL QAZAQSTAN® is an independent international private initiative advancing practical work in digital transformation, human-capital development, technology entrepreneurship and the international distribution of digital products.
The initiative operates through private companies and market-based partnerships without budget funding from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

THE NATIONAL STRATEGY
A distinct official policy document
The Government of Kazakhstan’s separate official document is the “National Strategy for Large-scale Digitalisation and the Total Introduction of Artificial Intelligence Technologies ‘Digital Qazaqstan’ until 2029.”
It was signed in Astana, Ақорда, on 9 June 2026 under Presidential Decree №1311 and officially published on 10 June 2026.
